on another note, you paid almost 500 friggin dollars for an intake manifold that feeds only 4 cylinders? wow. ya know you could get like 4 SBC intakes for that price. and have 8X the cylinders. I'll NEVER get the facination with imports, and it's not cuz i don't know how to make power, it's exactly the oppisite. I KNOW how to make power, and since i KNOW how to make power, i can't see the logic behind using something that only has a power stroke every 180* of crank rotation, and has to spin to 9k to make any power. Your all retarded. :D

Quite a ruff crowd. If i was young starting out today, my car my not be American muscle, due to the fact that i could not afford it. There is nothing wrong with Hondas, they make VERY good cars. Can't blame someone who is doing what they have to do. But at least these kids are trying to make them faster (don't know if CXR si is a kid). Everything is good in my book, as long as they don't act and talk like the Fast N the Furious. I enjoy seeing people modify anything. We should not be so prejudice, i think everyones favorite brand is the best.

I'm selling my intake because i don't need it anymore, i'm going a different set up for '07. twin turbo. And I smoked many a V8 with my Honda. I'm 24. I'm not a kid, so don't talk to me about convering or not being able to afford a V8 because i could buy just about anything I want and i like my CRX. It weighs 2500lbs with me in it. With a full interior. I'm running a bored/stroked b18c5 and i'll have my TWIN turbo kit on for this year. My car makes plenty of power, don't worry about that. I don't have a problem with domestics. Its the domestic guys who have a problem with us "ricers".

You took the attack well. You did not get over defensive, and i like to see that, i think it says something about your maturity level.
We have had long disscusions about street cars, and it has been determined that everything is fair since it is "run what you brung", and if you brung a fast "ricer" then it is going to be a good race. It is the "ricers" who do nothing but a loud muffler that give them a bad rep, people need to see past that.
Tell us about yourself, where do you live? Who does your motor work? When will the twin turbo work be done? What times are you expecting?

I'm selling my intake because i don't need it anymore, i'm going a different set up for '07. twin turbo. And I smoked many a V8 with my Honda. I'm 24. I'm not a kid, so don't talk to me about convering or not being able to afford a V8 because i could buy just about anything I want and i like my CRX. It weighs 2500lbs with me in it. I'd hope so there's many a V8 out there that only came with 190hp. and a TWIN turbo kit? i hope you mean a series setup, not parallel... so 2 cylinders feed each turbo? that sounds VERY efficient :wacko: so you just went from one power event every 180* to a power event every 360. your absoultly amazing kid...

I'm not even gonna argue anymore it ain't worth it, i'll just see ya at the track in the spring and see if you can hang with a lil 'ole V6, then you can make your way up to the V8's in the crowd. Oh, and these arn't stock anemic 305's from rotted out 3rd gen camaros that your used to racing.

Parts for imports are STUPID expensive, and you only get half the parts. a forged set of .030 over SBC pistons are around 450, the same comprable pistons, only 4 of them, for a honduh, are aroud 500. there smaller and there's less of them. Building a "fast" import isn't a reality on a budget...

What does your Chevy truck run? I'm assuming you have something along the lines of a Syclone/Typhoon powered S-10 or an actual Syclone/Typhoon, judging by the way you talk about a "little V6" and "Chevy truck tailights" etc. I saw your other post about selling a "Syclone driveline". whoopie. My T/A ran 11.90 with a simple cam swap. no Turbo, no nitrous, no supercharger, had A/C and got 27+mpg with the tops off and windows down, not to mention weighed in at over 3750lbs and it was all done on 93 pump gas. 433 REAR whp and 403 REAR wtq.
