I am SOOOOOO THERE! Gonna get my ass handed to me since I'll be in the same class as Lenco's and clutchless G-Force's, but oh well!!!

Maybe I can chain a Trans Am to my bumper to slow me down to 13.00...

Ouch! That's gonna sting a bit. :bang:

The record for the most missed gears will be shattered that day. Get the Guiness record book crew on hand for a count. Lucky may do it single handed, hahahaha!!!!

I just got off the phone with Mike, and here's the skinny:

2 Stick shift classes:
0.00-12.99 Power Shift Series, $50 entry fee crew members are $10
12.99-up Street Stick Series, $20 entry fee crew members are $10

100% of the entry fees go to that classes purse!!!

Gates officially open at 2:00, but if you're running either stick shift class, you're allowed in at 1:00 Time Trials start at 3:00, still promising 3 time trials. Guestimating 70+ cars, as far away as Indianna, Detroit, etc etc

Absolutely NO air shifters, Air clutches, delay boxes, crossovers, or any of that kind of stuff. Cars have to leave the line WITH THE CLUTCH, and the driver has to manually shift the gears!!! PERIOD! They way it's supposed to be!

Automatics, air shifters, etc etc will run in King Street class, seperate time trials, and seperate event.

All stick shift classes are asked to pit together. Next to the UMTR tent, which will be on the far side of the track, right next to the staging lanes.

Mike is also talking about starting a UMTR North points series next season, running at Thompson, DW42, Norwalk, Milan, Stanton, etc etc if there's enough interest. I already signed up!!!

I'm heading up AS SOON as I get out of the car show at Jolly Joes!!!!! Gonna be an awesome time!!!
